@jornane #Firefox is there to stay for sure. What you are observing is most likely that the Firefox package failed to build. That’s why it is not present in the package repository. I’m sure Firefox maintainers are working on that and your browser will be back there in the repository again soon.
For now, you could pkg lock firefox so that it is not blown away by #pkg upgrade.
@dbdemon @jornane It's probably best to ask about it on the mailing list or in https://github.com/freebsd/pkg.
I'm not sure why it is the way it is.
