MONDAY
Have had a vaguely productive morning, so thought I could have a play with some of my rippling loch video over lunch, before getting my head down again this afternoon.
Decided to go for an upbeat message. Struggled slightly, tbh.

It's my best bud :blobcatheart:
A couple of days back I hatted Phineas snoozing on the sofa. This is him with his pack hike tribe that he goes with once a week. How utterly adorable are they?! @jdarnold
"How do you hat something that already has part of a hat?" asked @david_chisnall, asking a question that literally no-one ever has asked about a hill with "microwave tower fascinators, but no actual hat".
Having contemplated the question I have come up with the following pictorial answer.
And on that note I'm off for some food.
What a world, where you can coordinate your headgear with your beak and feet. Life goals. @clarissawam
Introducing her ladyship Stella (aka Pumpkin, aaka Squirrel), looking extremely elegant in her sunny windowsill spot @fullofmang
Sometimes it's impossible not to make adjustments so the hat really fits in with the dog's look @FlanFlinger
"Finn in a fedora perhaps?" asked @justmichelle and I think we can safely say that was a Good Idea.
This is Oggi, and Oggi is in Aotearoa NZ and therefore undermining the entire premise of my hatting project as it is late autumn there. Not to be deterred @ygathgoch snapped a sunny shot, and I have added a hat suitable for all seasons. Yes, ALL seasons.
A fabulous hat was requested for Ginger Cat by @charism8 on account of great bravery at the vets and general adorableness. I think we can all agree on the latter.
Here is Marceline proving beyond all doubt that any hat can look elegant with the right cat underneath it @caelarue
When have you really arrived as a silly summer hatter? It could be when you've added a hat to a Giant African Landsnail. @afewbugs
Meet Morty 😁
And here we have Luisa, queen of all she surveys, and boss of @ccmtaylor I suspect
So @tikitu asked how I felt about non-pets, before spotting all the animals in the thread and urging me to just enjoy the beetle and not worry about hatting it BUT by then I'd already wondered about what it would look like in a steampunk top hat.
And I mean, I wasn't wrong. This hat could have been made for this wee beastie.
Hmmm. What hat to give a "fierce and fabulous" bunny called Violet?
Aye. That feels right.
So, if anyone is looking for a business opportunity, I can tell you now that millinery for geckos is a woefully under-supplied area! @hollie
The most important factor when selecting which hat to wear is, very obviously, does this coordinate nicely with the socks I'm currently carrying? Do not worry Bella, I've got you covered @madboy99
Smoothie the cat in a wide brimmed hat. Such elegance. @nonehitwonder
Sean, checking that you approve of his fascinating fascinator @cafechatnoir
A rare occasion of a boop refusal.
Just no.
I make silly animations & pictures.Interested in all thing visual (#Animation #Photography #sillyScribbles) & many things relating to #Politics, #HumanRights & the world around us.Sometimes meticulously edit photos to create something fantastical, but usually just scribble on stuff.Everything I post is made by me, unless clearly stated, & no AI (all nonsense here is human generated).Leans to the left.
