@KimPerales The Trump administration has told the court, which takes lying very seriously, that they have no evidence of any gang or criminal activity in Garcia's record. That means that Vance's claims are knowing lies and likely libelous. It also shows exactly why we don't claim someone is a criminal (instead of saying "indicted" or "alleged") without due process and a judicial ruling based on evidence to support it.

None of the former GOP Presidents has endorsed him. Dozens of his former staff and appointees are refusing to endorse him. Republicans are pledging their support to Kamala Harris.

Please be clear about this. Trump has not "accepted"a FOX debate. He has not "invited" or "challenged" Kamala Harris. As he so often does, he reneged on a commitment he agreed to because, as he so often is, he is terrified. Kamala Harris is everything that scares him the most: She's smart, she's tough, she's not afraid of him, she's Black, and she's a woman. Good for her for coming back with force: "“Donald Trump is running scared and trying to back out of the debate he already agreed to and running straight to Fox News to bail him out." Remember that FOX admitted in court that they are not a news organization. We'd get a more professional and objective presentation from the Game Show, Golf, or Home Shopping Networks.
My dad, who was involved with every Presidential debate in US history, Kennedy-Nixon to 2020 Trump-Biden, created the structure of the bi-partisan Commission on Presidential Debates, after experimenting with the news media and the League of Women Voters. This is why we don't let the candidates set the terms.
