   @KimPerales The Trump administration has told the court, which takes lying very seriously, that they have no evidence of any gang or criminal activity in Garcia's record. That means that Vance's claims are knowing lies and likely libelous. It also shows exactly why we don't claim someone is a criminal (instead of saying "indicted" or "alleged") without due process and a judicial ruling based on evidence to support it.
