@shibao@shitposter.world hmm, i'd probably say, don't panic, and remember to live you're life, you're the youngest now that you're ever going to be. Career stuff is a weird one, my technical skills and abilities never really changed too much in the last decade, what did change was I got older and people naturally started to take me more seriously. Careers are something you'll keep working on til your 60/70, and realistically you probably won't peak until you're in your forties. People always say dumb shit like they wanna retire by the time they're 30/35 and it never fucking happens because even if they're in a position to do it by that age, they realise they aint even at their peak yet and there's a lot further to go. And shit, you've seen me, I've only just now broken into the big leagues and I'm about to turn forty. What I can't get back again though is to be in my 20's again. so yeah, remember to live, the cool shit will kinda happen if you keep your eyes open and don't make excuses to not do things. say yes to more things, preferably not more overtime though lole.

i dunno where i was going with this, probably just 'don't panic'. i see your gen panic all the time that if they don't make it in their twenties it's all joever and idk i'd say probably don't do that. i'd say you're already doing pretty well, keep putting a bit of cash away, don't go and get into shitloads of debt like i did, and keep working on being the best you can be at your craft, and don't hole yourself away and become a hermit workaholic like i did lmao

i do enjoy mentally where I'm at getting more into hobbies that are off of the computer. I do miss having my 3d printers though. Going to pick up more paints tomorrow and i've got a set of nice brushes in the mail coming as well. Should keep me occupied for a lil bit with my strategic reserve of miniatures i printed before moving over here. going through my stuff though i'm reminded why i wanted my next printer to be bigger than 256x256 bed size though, the gridfinity cases i printed held up super well in transit and are gonna be dead handy for taking stuff to mini painting nights at friends houses.
