Thank you I appreciate that. I had it 4 times, I'm not stressed so much about getting sick, I'm stressed about infecting anyone else :/

I have the worst #OCD about #COVID.
I wonder if this happened to others before me. I keep thinking I test positive on lateral flow tests when seeing an extremely faint line, only when looking from certain angles from up close with a flash. Looking online ofc it says a faint line means positive.
But I just noticed that when doing the same to an empty test, before I put any sample in at all - I can still see those lines around both the C and T.
Can't even be seen on photos
So lost rn. Doctors??

1. I'm happy some of the time. I'm full of emotions, many hard things happening and mental health difficulties but also a lot I'm very grateful for.
2. This is a tough question because a year ago I was a very very different person. I know sadness now in levels which I have never known before. But I'm also a better and healthier person with better and healthier relationships. I think if I answer with feeling, in the past few weeks I've been happier than I have been in years.

My mom's actually the Iraqi one haha my Dad is Moroccan. They're pretty similar looking skin tones though although completely seperate regions 😊

(north) African - I'm part Moroccan, my Dad is Moroccan Jewish.

Middle Eastern - I'm part Iraqi and Iranian (My mom's Iraqi and a bit Iranian)

Feeling like a mix of Barbie and Ken if they were an African Middle Eastern Jew LAMO

Also I avoided pink my whole life cause I didn't want to look like a basic girl. Looking like somewhat of a basic girl is great though even if I'm a masculine af intersex non-binary. Pink is great.

The hate on Bluesky is on a completely different level. I'm Iraqi Moroccan Israeli Jewish and someone told me to get back to Brooklyn (where I have never been and have never known anyone in). Every single thing I say about my own family experience surviving the massacre is "debunked". You can't debunk my literal life experience lmao. I didn't say one word against Palestinians, I only said the victims of the massacre matter - this is literally all I've said, and I got neverending hate comments.

I believe making a clear difference between the biological sex spectrum and gender as a concept and identity, is really important in order to normalise that anyone can be any gender, it's up to them, while biology remains scientific facts. For example, I am non-binary and female-intersex (PCOS). There shouldn't be anything wrong about being/saying female men, male women and any sex and non-binary and so on. I think it would also help clarity with non trans folks.
Thoughts?

@specked Hey, I think you misunderstood - I was exactly saying what you are saying, that gender and sex should be seen as seperate, sex being facts and gender being a mental and conceptual identity:)
