     My standard generic go to question is: Are you happy? And do you feel you are happier today than you were a year ago? Do you feel you have a plan to be happier next year than you are today?

     Feel free to share the why, and details or just answer yes/no (or not at all). Pick the level of detail you are comfortable with.

     1. I'm happy some of the time. I'm full of emotions, many hard things happening and mental health difficulties but also a lot I'm very grateful for.
     2. This is a tough question because a year ago I was a very very different person. I know sadness now in levels which I have never known before. But I'm also a better and healthier person with better and healthier relationships. I think if I answer with feeling, in the past few weeks I've been happier than I have been in years.

     Seems if nothing else you have honest self-reflection, and I think that alone will go a long way in this.

     @freemo but the months prior were one of the hardest of not the hardest time of my life.
     3. Hell nah. I have no plan right now, I'm just wise guessing. But I have ideas, dreams I pursue. Independence and freedom to fulfil my creativity is in high priority

     I suspect youll do just fine even without a plan. At the very least I will be rooting for you.

     Hard times happen, but it sounds like a healthy attitude.
