@_thegeoff oh, I love all kebabs and I fully acknowledge that they aren't an Indian (whatever was ancient India in our imagination) invention. We got 'em because of Mughal dynasties and trade routes and all of that. So yeah, kebab is mince held together. And bits of protein cooked on spit or tandoor or whatever outdoor fire source. 😅

I don't care if BlueSky gains popularity over Mastodon. At this point, I don't wanna be on the dance floor with the cool kids, imma be in the side room with the five weirdos I like.
