Sunanda@_thegeoff oh, I love all kebabs and I fully acknowledge that they aren't an Indian (whatever was ancient India in our imagination) invention. We got 'em because of Mughal dynasties and trade routes and all of that. So yeah, kebab is mince held together. And bits of protein cooked on spit or tandoor or whatever outdoor fire source. 😅
