Habt ihr Tipps für Konferenzen/ Workshops, kleine Zertifikate, oder Mini-Fortbildungen die ihr einer Junior JS, NodeJS / Python Entwicklerin empfehlen würdet?
Problem: muss ja noch dieses Jahr sein und ich finde verständlicherweise kaum etwas.

Oder Bücher (JS, Go, CleanCode, Architektur, …), Online Kurse, Mentoring, Lizenzen …

Budget: 2.000-3.000€
Wäre schon sehr schade wenn es verfällt.

We had a text encoding problem at work today and people recommended a colleague for fixing this issue, because “he worked in Japan.”
Apparently Japan has a lot of coding and encoding problems due to a missing standard for Japanese characters and he became an expert on these issues.

He told me some stories and all the info clicked in my brain: “Wait… Is this the reason why they still excessively use fax machines?!”
“Yes!”

The strangest thing happened.
I just opened a bag I have stored in my attic, and while it looks like my stuff from the outside, it’s NOT MINE!
Some stickers inside have a #36c3 Design, dating the bag to 2019.
There are valuable and personal items in there. So far the Person might be called Maya and all stickers and notes are English, French and Swedish. The person must have been in Stuttgart before Congress.

Als Person die absolut gar keine Ahnung von Autos hat:
Wenn man bei einem 12 Jahre alten Auto jedes Jahr aufs Neue die Drosselklappe austauschen muss, muss die doch bestimmt von was Anderem im Auto kaputt gemacht werden? Aber was? Fehler Bericht melden jedes Mal nur die Drosselklappe.

If you get a car, you have the tonnage tax. You basically pay more tax the bigger your car is. Yearly.
If your car gets older, this tax gets higher, making it attractive to buy new cars at a certain point instead of sticking to your old one.
There are lot more taxes I can't remember but companies that sell you cars, usually provide a tax calculator for their models.
We didn't get one because we did not have
