Ein weißer alter SUV-Fahrer, der stark qualmend durch ein Wohnviertel fährt, und auf meine Frage, ob ich doch lieber mal die Feuerwehr rufen soll, nur antwortet, nein, er müsse nur einfach nochmal auf die Autobahn und den Partikelfilter freibrennen. I was thinking of numbers in context of measuring length, when someone on a video said "let's make it a nice round number: 7 inch", which was promptly translated as "170 mm" on the screen. Which made me think: the most accurate representation would have been 177.8 mm, which isn't very "nice and round", so the editors definitely took some liberty when translating to metric. However, when expressed as "177800000 nanometers" it suddenly looks very nice and round…
