I never really played a Metroid game until last week, when I blasted through Metroid Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission in two days each. Those are both fantastic games and well worth playing today, even with zero nostalgia.

@mattly Ruined it because you hated Prime?

I'm setting up a new Mac and I'd love to hear if people have found better alternatives to Alfred, oh-my-zsh, and iTerm 2.

I don't have any particular problems with any of them, but I've at least heard of people switching away from those and this is a good chance to see what else is out there.

@mattly how much better is it than Ruby, though?
