@shoq As someone who has been working to break down barriers at CU Boulder for systemically marginalized student populations in CS for the past 20 years, let me tell you that I’m not going to stop because of this.

That's because my work (and the work of my allies) has never once required affirmative action. That is an admissions policy; there are plenty of programs and policy changes that universities can implement that help to retain these students and remove barriers to their success.
