The only way we can now ensure diversity is a national boycott of any college or university that doesn't publish it's own affirmative action policies, as soon as someone figures out how they can have any that even suggest race. (This decisions is going to end any hope we have of rebalancing this society.)

That's because my work (and the work of my allies) has never once required affirmative action. That is an admissions policy; there are plenty of programs and policy changes that universities can implement that help to retain these students and remove barriers to their success.
