@goatsarah exactly - they should be happy, for now.
Legal is always a long game and getting refused on the basis of a technicality is okay for us because it means the basic argument had merit.
Now they just need to figure out the right approach

@feditips what was it I said about getting too many injuries that was the reason I stopped mountain biking? 😆
