@OrangeMenace Shockingly unprincipled man. I don't know how he sleeps, but I bet the bed is expensive.

Just went to buy two DVDs at a charity shop and the man at the counter said "you know it's four for £1?" so I took another look and found another two. That is *unbelievable* value, and unlike the streaming services, you know the film isn't going to suddenly vanish - or be edited!

Someone on Reddit just said "the only people who remember your late shifts and overtime are your family" and whew...FACTS

Today I have learned who Olivia Rodrigo is, because her fanbase is going to war with the new Co-Op Live venue in their IG comments after they cancelled her show which would have been this Friday. That's on the back of them cancelling a gig *ten minutes* before the support act was due on - because, apparently, part of an air conditioner fell from the ceiling. Feels like a representation of the state of the country tbh!

BRUTALITY

They're truly the pits. A cynical, cruel, pitiless party who will happily drag desperate people into detention and then force them out of the country (at great expense, for those concerned about such things) for nothing more than political advantage.
