off the top of my head
- the Name of the Rose, Umberto Eco
- The Library at Babel, Jorge Luis Borges (actually the Eco is inspired by the Borges)

- The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

- Fahrenheit 451, Ray Bradbury (about books, kind of)

@UnconventionalEmma oh, and The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, It's based on a boy who gets sucked into the story of the book he is reading (actually, the first few paragraphs are about a bookstore...)
