I'm asking myself why did I even bother trying to get the #ADHD diagnosis, as they just added 1 more month of waiting to get ADHD test results. The first test was on September 5 last year, so by the next attempt, it will be 11 months of waiting. When I also think about how the psychiatrist told me a few months ago that I should simply change my life, I can't stop thinking that Czech healthcare is extremely fucked. From friend's experience, I can't even really get good meds here anyway.
Would changing my lifestyle make my ADHD more tolerable? Very likely. Am I able to do that? Absolutely the fuck not. I can barely get out of bed sometimes.
According to the non-ADHD specialist psychiatrist, I most likely don't have #ADHD, instead I should change my lifestyle. That will definitely change my inability to focus at work or hyperfocus depending on how I feel and depending on the task, my inability to organize my time, and everything else what's cockblocking my life, right?
Health professionals should diagnose #ADHD based on memes you relate to (while talking about them more) instead of their shitty tests, and I'm actually serious
@CamWeck Image description: Tweet with the following text. It's not too late to abandon Harry Potter forever for The Discworld Series, my friends. Come over to our nerdy, little corner. There are 41 of these suckers & Terry Pratchett actually understood what it meant to treat people like humans. Have fun & know you are loved.
