According to the non-ADHD specialist psychiatrist, I most likely don't have #ADHD, instead I should change my lifestyle.
That will definitely change my inability to focus at work or hyperfocus depending on how I feel and depending on the task, my inability to organize my time, and everything else what's cockblocking my life, right?

Avi ? (avi@chitter.xyz)'s status on Tuesday, 09-Apr-2024 16:34:56 JST Avi ? Health professionals should diagnose #ADHD based on memes you relate to (while talking about them more) instead of their shitty tests, and I'm actually serious

(I'm not trying to get diagnosed for shit, because I live in an overtly discriminatory country and no longer care to change my coping mechanisms, but I've seen the hoops friends have had to jump through.
Also: social graphs. Because it's really fucking interesting (and entirely disregarded) how all the neuro-atypical persons understand each other and hang out together.

Avi ? (avi@chitter.xyz)'s status on Tuesday, 09-Apr-2024 19:24:15 JST Avi ? Would changing my lifestyle make my ADHD more tolerable? Very likely.
Am I able to do that? Absolutely the fuck not. I can barely get out of bed sometimes.Haelwenn /элвэн/ :triskell: likes this.
