@botvolution @matthewconroy My retina specialist told me that she'd had people ask for a vitrectomy to get rid of floaters and refused, so it's not like people don't actually think about doing it.

@matthewconroy @botvolution It has that effect (I had one during retinal surgery), but they won't do it just for floaters; it's too dangerous.
