It's interesting to me that when I was a kid, the things that seemed radical were anger, fear, violence. The things that are radical to me now are kindness, love, hope. I guess what's actually changed is that "radical" now has positive connotations to me.

Honestly, if you've never experienced colonialism, you should read about how people seize power. Read about how every colonizing entity in history has sown discontent to solidify their own power. Do a little Wikipedia search.

I feel like I’m screaming into a void

Israel has burned northern Gaza’s last remaining hospital. And kicked out its patients, including neonatal and ICU patients. I picked a western news source since y’all seem more likely to believe those. I don’t know how else to get people to care.

Within a few minutes of using bsky today I was harassed. This is my experience on EVERY platform. Every single one. When you are extolling the virtues of a particular platform, your experiences only apply to people with privilege.
