     Yeah, I have some kind of bizarre sensory disorder that makes almost all fruit taste / smell completely awful to me. Strange but true! It’s sort of like what supertasters experience with bitter things, maybe, except it’s mostly smell and it’s the…just the fruit-ness of fruit smells rotten to me.

     I’ve met maybe half a dozen other people with the same thing. Others here may be weird or not, but on this particular front, I am •definitely• the weird one!

     (And just to be totally totally clear: I love it that other people love fruit, and love to see their enjoyment of it. No worries about posting! Just don’t cut into a musk melon irl or I’ll leave the building.)
