I spent a few days comparing backup providers last winter, and it really depends on what you need them for. I settled for a Hetzner storage box that gets me 1TB via sftp or rsync, ... and lets me set up a borg server, so I can back up and restore what I like, as often as I like., for 3.80€/month.
Thanks to compression, there's >1TB of stuff backed up, from multiple devices, with space to spare.
Setup took me a bit, so I took notes in case I need to do it again (or someone asks)
