Richard Bairwell@jwildeboer @neil You can get Mastodon (via the web interface) to email you on every new follower. Since people can't refollow without unfollowing, it shows the pattern Neil describes. If the same name crops up in a short period of time in the subject of emails, you'll probably notice it yourself.
