@Jens_Rasmussen look at it this way: they see him as the #1 threat now and are going to use all their power in the deep state to take revenge. If he doesn't dismantle them it will be at his own risk.

He slashed the people in twitter, so I don't think he would have qualms about doing it at the government, it's all about the legal challenges.
