They can move. I randomly selected episode 76, there some of them can fly. There are normal humans and humans with cameras for heads. The last group fights with the toilets with human heads, like in a war zone. One of the human heads on a toilet was shooting lasers from her eyes in episode 76. I have no idea what's going on, LOL.
