@yockeypuck the thing to think about is that we've made murder legal. Because we have dehumanized babies, we now have a lot of people who have some responsibility in murders.

Imagine for instance you made murdering Romas legal - such that the burdern of proof of self-defense was basically 0. And then left it that way for 50 years. There could be a lot of people who would feel very bad if all of a sudden society said "actually that was straight up murder"
