I had a phone with an snapdragon 860, which was flagship tier, and it'd stutter when scrolling down on twitter or the google page when you swipe to the left, seemingly tied to loading images or whatever the fuck. Not to mention that the youtube app would also get rather laggy if I played any video that wasn't 480p
