Rich Felker@JessTheUnstill @sleepybisexual @username This is fun just going lower and lower, but I think there is a meaningful lower cutoff to choose for testing delivery of something where the actual content is textual: the rate that could deliver nothing but the actual text in an acceptable amount of time.
