It'd mostly be for trips and airplanes and stuff where she'd be sitting down anyway, not much means by which for her to break it. And, if she didn't like it, it could be a nice content consumption machine. Better than an iPad, I really dislike iPads---had the original Google Pixel tablet years ago, like in 2013 or whenever it came out, and it was really solid and enjoyable to use.
