CedarTea@AnarchoNinaWrites When the judicial coup was attempted against FDR, he was able to back them down because he had a supermajority of militant popular support. Biden does not have that tool in his chest (nor the sand for it even if he did). Stopping it would have to come from somewhere outside the legislative or executive. Folks need to start looking inward and across instead of upward for protection because it ain't coming.
