gom (they/them)@luka @flavigula Easy to wipe off, sure. But a design w/ removable mechanical knobs should be as easy to clean.
Maybe there are less bad models than the one I have. But I find myself being hindered every day by this interface. When I cook it's like when I play music live - a lot of things happening simultaneously. Losing the tactility of mechanical knobs messes that up. Also: greasy or wet fingers is a common thing when cooking, I suppose, and that doesn't go well w/ touch surfaces.
