I figured just spreading the word for your UK followers would be helpful (so thank you!); ideally it'd become a cooperative but for now it's still a standard not-for-profit limited company with directors in accordance with UK laws and all that...although upon checking I did notice that directors do not necessarily have to reside in the UK; I'll check the Mem & Arts!
