@auroz although i don't know how much people care about 'optimal' traces really. i've seen people hate on autoroute just as a concept. i've seen some say they actually really like it as a module in a toolbox.

kind of just skimming the algorithm options. TopoR seems to do pretty well though, there was a whole motherboard project that was autorouted just with that once.
