🎓 Doc Freemo :jpf: 🇳🇱White knighting is definately a huge element here. That is a bit of a left narrative. Tehy are taught how there is so much injustice in the world… and there is, lots, but its exagerated beyond the already high point it is at to the point where the left thinks its literally everywhere.
So they have this sense of white knighting and championing the cause. But then when they struggle to find anything as bad as they imagined they instead need to turn every little moderate offense into being the worse thing since the Nazis… this hyperbole combined with actively seeking things to white knight results in a lot of misplaced toxicity for sure.
