@iska @Maholmire @teratology @amanda I don't know, sounds more like a self-imposed limitation issue: people used to sit down and flip the switch on a word processor and do a bunch of writing and then print it and turn it off. That thing had no use besides word processing, but it didn't require a lot of skill to operate if what you wanted to do was process words.





Wang used to make these word processors, but I couldn't get through that paragraph the second I started to type a sentence about a secretary knowing how to operate a Wang or people that knew how to use a Wang or a Wang being easy to operate or a Wang only being good for one thing. If I can't even type it without chuckling, nobody's gonna understand what I wrote so I *ahem* removed the Wang.
