@feld yea we got rid of all our pans that had non stick coatings and what not, i just find that my stainless frying pans just can't help but make things stick or i have to use a fuck ton of fats to stop it from happening, and i'm not allowed to use the cast iron on the new stove lol

i can't remember the name of the one ceramic frying pans the wife picked up, she did a bunch of research after she woke up and freaked out about the pervasive chemical contamination in the world
