Many new features which I never ever want to use and the basic features are getting more expensive and worse. For example, to enable auto top-up, you first have to do about 100 manual top ups. This resets EVERY TIME YOUR CARD IS RE-ISSUED. The customer support is atrocious. So I am gradually moving to Curve which is simpler and OK for my needs.
