>Buy a few canvases and some water color paints or a $10 acrylic set. Take her to a park or vaguely nature type area with some flowers or ducks or some place with fun scenery. Take some pics. Get them developed at the closest place using your phone. Have it uploaded right away and send it for 1 hours pickup. Take her to lunch or dinner. Someplace new she's been wanting to try. Go pickup photos and stop for tea and look at them. Each pick your favorites. Back to your place and you guys each try to paint one or two of the photos. Watercolor for impressionist style where even if you suck at painting you'll pull it off.
