But someone I know who have old numbers from decades ago, the numbers are still active without loading it for years, and not registered. Though what I really want is the unlidata perk of those old numbers.
There are SIMs (bought a few years back) which were deactivated already because it failed to meet the SIMreg deadline. Maybe they're doing it slowly?
