@ipg Reminds me that there's one bloke which "forked" sway by grabbing debian's binary packages and dirt-modding it via ghidra.

(And yes other than source-availability it's pretty much just legality, with the idea of allowing community work but that part isn't enforced and probably shouldn't be)
