@Twoinchdestroya @GhostTown @Zealist I tried that last year. One problem is that the sun is overhead at noon, there is little shade to be had for most of the day. I grew sunflowers and corn to block the sun. but t ended up blocking the sun for the entire day for only a small part of the garden, and it also robbed the soil of nutrients killing anything else that grew there.
