The only translation site I'm aware of not being blocked at work is #Yandex. Yet, now they have some bug where the "translate web page button" is just opening the original page in a new window, sometimes, and other times it actually does as it's supposed to (but the URL doesn't include translate.yandex.com but instead TurboPages? https://gnusocial.jp/url/1134843
