    この問題は自分も考えています。どこまで自前でやるのかという話です。

    究極的には電力も自家発電が必要ではないでしょうかね。

    gnusocial.jpはGMOグループの共有サーバーを使っています。安いからです。

    サーバーは、契約で信頼できるところを使うでいいのではないでしょうか？自分でデータを管理できますので、不自由なサービスの依存に比べて、大幅な前進です。
