hashitanI'm an intermediate-level skier. Once, I was just getting used to an expert run with friends, then decided to go again after they left. I fell and couldn't get my ski to click back onto one of my boots on a steep fluffy slope.
Only then did I realize that I was stuck on a secluded run at the end of the day, outside the night ski area. It sank in that no one might come by.
As I was struggling to click the ski back on my boot, two skiers stopped to check on me. Right then, it finally clicked in.
