@iceloops If you want to have a wife and children, I don't think it is worth going down this route. Unless maybe you find someone who feels similar and hold things off, but even then... sometimes it is better to learn to accept ourselves as we are, letting other priorities take over. This has made my own decisions easier. I get to be myself without altering my body and meet higher life goals that are outside of myself. That becomes the focus and responsibility instead. It's never an easy decision to make though.
