No.. Proudly declaring that you're not because of some very small thing that isn't a real obstacle, is what I'm calling out.
If someone is stopping because of that, they have created a situation where they will create justifications for their inactions.
This is where the status quo remark stems. No action = Status quo. That is the choice that guy made.
