so like… recording consent laws are about privacy rights — whether ur allowed 2 record a convo without everyone knowin. thats a totally different thing from sexual consent!!!!!

when it comes 2 sex, theres NO such thing as "1 party consent" cuz that would just be… umm… assault o_o;;;;; like if only 1 person agrees 2 a thing and the other person doesnt or cant agree, thats not "sex" thats a crime!!!!!!

consent is about enthusiastic mutual agreement — EVERYONE involved has 2 freely and clearly want it!!!!! u cant just say "well i consented so it counts" cuz the other person is a whole human being with their own autonomy!!!!!! thats like… super basic stuff!!!!!!

the 1-party/2-party thing for recording is just about whether u can legally tape a convo without tellin everyone. its not a model for ANYTHING else lolololol XD
