Exactly what I’m getting at. And with rape it’s often just he said, she said. And if there is no other proof besides “she said”, then he shouldn’t be convicted, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t do it. However, if it is proven that she indeed lied and knew she was lying, then she should be convicted of a crime, imho.
