In the comments, the pro-artists... Not that I'm against artist, I love art, but realistically, I'm not getting what I want... But I digress... Most of the "pro-artists/anti-AI" side were just going around calling people lazy, what a fucking asshole argument
Like legit, if I commissionned every single AI pic I was mildly satisfied with, I would have had to spend like 100 000$+... But realistically, I couldn't even, I have very specific artstyle requirements and they're not being met, ever. I just want my fucking Aikatsu Friends! artprint to put on my wall man, I'd actually pay for it, but good luck finding an artist that can fucking make it happen
Man, I'd fucking love to be able to draw it myself, but ever since I was 4 I hated drawing, I hated putting lines and it's ugly as shit. I was never able to learn, most materials seems to hinge on the fact that you can actually doodle a minimum and nobody was ever willing to teach me. I don't have any immediate talent and...
Look, I love these comics, let's, Whomp! and The Oatmeal. The Oatmeal has a simplistic artstyle and it's nice for it. Realistically, I could probably learn to draw like that, but here's the thing, I don't want to draw that, I want to draw what I'm generating, and the time and effort it would take to get there, to reach a professional level of drawing to the level I'd be satisfied with it... Man... Man, it's not happening...
